Currently, CommuniKare offers IOP level services along with Wellness mental health services. We are expanding our competencies and growing the list of services to include services designed for the standard outpatient level of care. We now offer outpatient services to treat both substance use disorder and mental health conditions all within our community behavioral health scope of practice. The CommuniKare IOP and outpatient treatment for substance use disorder and mental health conditions programs feature:
· Intensive Outpatient Treatment designed to address substance use disorder and Mental Health Conditions
· Group Therapy
· Custom designed individual AOD and Mental Health therapy sessions
· Case Management
· Peer Support
· Accountability reporting
· Recovery focused supportive sober living components.
· Programming specific to relapse prevention and intervention
All CommuniKare providers are Ohio Licensed Psychiatrists and Therapists and Ohio Certified Chemical Dependence Counselors and Ohio Certified Peer Supporters.
